Learn a trade that leads to future employment.
Our courses are linked to skills shortages and regional growth needs across the Bay of Plenty. We encourage you to remain in school, complete your NCEA level 2 qualification and gain trades skills and knowledge that will lead you successfully into the job market.
Courses offered meet our changing workforce needs across the Bay of Plenty region, and range from “Typical Trades” (courses in Construction, Engineering and Hospitality) to “21st century trades courses” that are infused with technology (like Game Art, IT Support, Web and Graphic Design).
In the Bay, we are fortunate to have booming farming and agricultural sectors. This combined with our Maori Economy, investment of Provincial Growth Funded projects (in Aquaculture, Marine Services, Domestic Tourism), the Port of Tauranga and our pivotal position in helping getting goods to the market across the nation, this will provide for local jobs opportunities for years to come!
